Deposit
A non refundable deposit of $25 for all lashing appointments is required. This will be applied to the remaining balance. Any services over $20 requires a $10 deposit. Preferred payment method after deposit has been made is Cash. I also accept apple pay and zelle.
You will be allowed 1 one courtesy deposit transfer if you need to reschedule.
Please note that if I (your lash artist) needs to reschedule your appointment due to illness all deposits will be honored.
There are no refunds for lash or waxing services.
Lash corrections can be made within 72 hours of the original set/fill at no additional cost as long as client was properly keeping up with their after care.
Cancellation Policy
I allow a 15 minute grace period. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a new deposit will have to be made. I do understand that things happen please plan accordingly. Also note that if you are late your lashes may not be as full due to running into your appointment time.
Please note that a no call no show may result in a 50% charge.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do within 24 hours of your service. Failure to do so will result in a $25 cancellation fee.

Fill Qualifications:
If you are booking a fill you need to have 40% of your lashes per eye or it will be considered a full set and you will be charged accordingly
